About Me

Mike Borgh, founder of EnerQi Healing, has made home in the quaint town of Sussex New Brunswick since 2016 when he and his wife/business partner, Sylvie Borgh (Sussex Crystal Shop) made the move from Toronto, Ontario.

Since 2016, he has been building his business and following his calling of helping others through personal healing sessions, online and in person classes and workshops, and in his mentorship program where he coaches fellow healing practitioners.

With over 20 years of professional experience, and 60+ certifications in various healing modalities, Mike has a wide variety of tools to draw upon as needed when working with clients. At the forefront of his qualifications is his certification as a Holistic Natural Therapist and Naturopath. He is also certified and frequently draws upon his background training in Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, Body Talk and other energy healing modalities.

But what really makes his services stand out is his method of combining all his training to develop a unique hands-on healing experience he has labeled EnerQi Healing.  With 15 years of foundational training as a Registered Massage Therapist, and being a natural intuitive with gifts for feeling and sensing energy from an early age, Mike not only knows the physical structure of the human body well but can read energy and the story behind that energy. When paired with his training in energy work and healing he is able to release stuck emotions, clear trauma, reconnect meridians, and apply subtle gentle touch to bring about all aspects of healing in his clients.

Through EnerQi Healing, Mike releases rules and structure by breaking down divisions which separate healing modalities into categories and brings all sides forward as needed, getting back to the simplicity and core of what energy work is.

Mike shows up as himself without a false façade or filters. He understands the value of his journey, and does not shy away from owning all aspects of his story. It is perhaps this quality more so than any other that makes him proficient at his mission to help heal, empower, and teach others.

As a child, Mike grew up outside of Toronto, Canada, in an environment that didn’t always foster his intuitive nature. He did however have parents that were supportive of his independence and granted him freedom to explore and experience life. When he wandered too far, they would reel him back, and help him ground before releasing him back to navigate his own path forward again.

In his teen years Mike found himself battling with drug addiction as a way to cope with processing the overwhelm of being a highly sensitive intuitive and empath. It was during this time when battling with addiction that he was introduced to the concept of energy work. He began exploring Eastern Philosophy during this transition point, and came across the word Qi/Chi which is known as the source of energy for all life. By age 23, he dove with both feet into the world of energy healing, and found that the more he worked on healing himself and restoring balance to his body, the less he required drugs as coping mechanisms. After a short time of receiving healing sessions from mentors and listening to his body, he was able to pull away from his addictions, and understood firsthand the incredible power of energy healing.

Mike tends to attract clients who are going through what he’s been through. As a male in a primarily female dominated field, he offers a unique perspective to the individual healing journey. He maintains a steady level of professionalism in his work, and is also able to hold space for his clients, offering a safe place with non-judgement for them to be in the presence of masculine energy in a way that is supportive and liberating.
