Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound, nature, and connection in the peaceful presence of horses.

During this immersive experience, you will be invited to settle comfortably into the space while the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, didgeridoo, and other healing instruments move through and around you. These layers of sound can help quiet the mind, soften tension in the body, and create space for rest, reflection, and emotional release.

The horses will be free to move naturally within the environment. Their interaction during the sound immersion is never forced or guaranteed, as they are sovereign beings who will choose how and whether they wish to participate. Their calm, grounded presence can bring a unique depth to the experience, offering opportunities for connection, co-regulation, and simply being present in the moment.

Following the sound immersion, there will be dedicated time to gently connect with the horses and integrate your experience. All interaction will take place at the horses’ comfort level and with respect for their individual boundaries.

This is not about doing anything perfectly or trying to achieve a particular outcome. You are simply invited to lie back, breathe, listen, and allow yourself to receive the experience in whatever way feels right for you.

Come as you are and allow yourself to be supported by healing sound, gentle energy, the wisdom of nature, and the quiet presence of the horses.

This event will take place outdoors at Waterford Equine Assisted Healing. Please dress appropriately for the weather and for spending time on a working farm. Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, blankets, pillows, water, and anything else that will help you feel relaxed and supported.

Space will be limited to help preserve the intimate and peaceful nature of the experience.
