01 / A personal approach

EnerQi Healing

1 hour · In person, by phone, or on Zoom

This is the approach I’ve developed through more than 25 years of practice and my own exploration of healing and consciousness. It brings together what I’ve learned while leaving room to respond to you, just as you are that day.

At the heart of this work is an interest in consciousness: how you experience yourself, how your beliefs and emotions shape that experience, and what becomes possible when something that has been outside your awareness begins to come into view.

Sometimes we can understand a pattern in our minds and still find ourselves responding in the same familiar way. I’m interested in making space for the felt experience as well: what you notice in your breath, where you hold tension, what emotions arise, and what happens when you meet those experiences with curiosity and compassion.

We can explore the relationship between what you’re feeling in your body, your emotions, and the patterns you’re becoming aware of. Gentle hands-on work, breath awareness, conversation, quiet presence, and energy work may all have a place, with your consent.

Listening to the whole person

We begin with what brings you here and what you feel willing to explore. You might arrive with physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, questions about a spiritual experience, or simply the sense that something in your life needs attention. You don’t need to have a clear explanation before we begin.

I draw from more than 60 techniques and approaches, allowing the session to evolve in response to you. In person, that may include subtle structural work and gentle touch alongside breath awareness, energy work, conversation, or stillness. We stay attentive to what you notice and what feels appropriate.

Awareness you can take into your life

We can make room to reflect on what comes forward: a familiar response, a belief you’ve been carrying, a boundary you’re beginning to recognise, or a different way of relating to yourself. These moments of understanding can become something to explore beyond the session, at your own pace.

There is no need to retell your whole history or relive painful memories. Your willingness in the moment guides the work. Distance sessions take place by phone or Zoom, whichever works best for you.

For me, the power of this work lies in bringing together skill, awareness, and a loving presence, while leaving room for your experience to lead.

02 / Attention to the body

Skeletal Realignment

1 hour · In person, by phone, or on Zoom

A gentle approach with a focus on the body’s structure, tension, and your experience of movement. In person, I use subtle touch and movements, paying attention to how your body responds.

My years as a Registered Massage Therapist gave me a deep appreciation for the body’s structure and the way different areas work together. In this approach, I pay attention to the wider pattern: how you’re holding yourself, where movement feels restricted, and how one area relates to another.

I’m also interested in your awareness of your body. Where do you notice yourself bracing? What changes when you give an area your attention? Can you sense the difference between effort and ease? These observations give us a way to stay connected with your experience as we work.

This work is offered without forceful adjustments. We stay in communication about your comfort and what you notice throughout the session.

Gentle work can still have depth.

The intention is to invite greater ease and structural balance through careful, responsive work. In-person sessions use subtle movements and precise touch, allowing us to work gradually and check in with your response. Your feedback matters throughout.

You may be drawn to this approach because of persistent tightness, restricted movement, the way you hold yourself, or a desire to feel more connected with your body. We can give attention to those concerns without expecting every person to follow the same process.

The physical and personal experience

For some people, attention to the body also brings emotions or memories into awareness. If that happens, there is room to acknowledge it, or to keep the focus on the physical experience. You decide what you want to share or explore.

Skeletal Realignment can be booked on its own or incorporated into an EnerQi Healing session. We can discuss which approach fits what you’re looking for.

Distance sessions are offered by phone or Zoom, whichever works best for you. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss how the distance approach differs from hands-on work.

03 / A deeper exploration

Spiritual Alignment
Connection

SAC · Five sessions · 1 hour per appointment

SAC offers a no-touch process for exploring awareness, your relationship with yourself, and the patterns or beliefs you’re ready to meet with curiosity.

There are times when the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves can also make it difficult to feel connected, express what’s true for us, or see a different way forward. SAC creates space to become more aware of those patterns and explore your relationship with them at a pace you can choose.

The spiritual aspect of this work is personal. It can include questions of identity, connection, purpose, and how you experience yourself beyond the roles and expectations you’ve taken on. There is room for your own beliefs and for questions that don’t have an immediate answer.

This work has been an important part of my own journey. It was one of the most powerful experiences of my life and opened my awareness in ways that changed how I understood myself. I bring that respect for the depth of the process into my work with you, while allowing your experience to be your own.

You remain in control of your participation throughout. There is no requirement to talk about difficult experiences or engage in anything you are not ready or willing to explore.

Presence, awareness, and integration

During a session, we work with guided awareness, intentional presence, and gentle energetic support without touch. You may notice sensations, emotions, thoughts, or a period of quiet. We make room for what you experience without setting an expectation for a particular response or spiritual event.

Integration is part of the process: time to notice what the experience means to you and how it relates to your everyday life. There is room to bring questions and observations into the next session.

Time for the process to unfold

SAC is offered as a series of five sessions, with space between appointments for reflection and integration.

  • Sessions 1–3: within the first 7–10 days.
  • Session 4: one week later.
  • Session 5: another week after that.

If you’re considering the series, please get in touch so we can discuss your questions and arrange the appointments together.

04 / Listening & presence

Sound Immersion

1 hour · Individual sessions or private groups of 2–5

An invitation to pause, listen, and notice your experience as sound moves through the space. You can settle in and allow yourself time to rest, without needing to explain anything or make something happen.

Sound offers a way to explore awareness through direct experience. You can notice a tone as it rises and fades, the spaces between sounds, and the way your attention moves. When the mind is busy, having something to listen to can offer a place to return your attention gently.

The experience can be meditative, emotional, or simply restful. There is no particular state you need to reach. I’m interested in giving you space to discover how you respond, rather than asking you to have a certain kind of experience.

I work with instruments including singing bowls, crystal bowls, drums, gong, didgeridoo, bells, and chimes. Each offers a different texture of sound to explore.

A journey through sound and stillness

The deeper resonance of a gong or didgeridoo, the rhythm of a drum, and the lingering tones of singing bowls each bring a different quality to the room. As the sound changes, you may notice your attention drawn toward your body, your emotions, or a sense of quiet.

You’re welcome to simply listen. You don’t need to meditate in a particular way, interpret every sensation, or share what comes up for you. There is room for the experience to have its own meaning.

On your own or together

Choose an individual session for time and attention centred on you, or bring a small group of 2–5 friends or family members to share the experience. Being together can offer connection while still allowing each person their own response to the sound.

Your comfort matters. Tell me about your sensitivity to sound and volume, and ask for an adjustment, pause, or time away whenever you need it.

Community Sound Immersion events offer another way to experience this work with others.

05 / Presence & connection with horses

Equine-Assisted Healing

Outdoors · Waterford, New Brunswick

Sessions take place at Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing, in a natural setting with the horses.

Time with horses offers a different setting for exploring awareness, connection, and the way we show up in relationship. Together, we make space to slow down, notice what you’re feeling, and be present with yourself and the herd.

Being with horses can invite us to notice things we might otherwise move past: the urge to make a connection happen, uncertainty when another being needs space, or the difference between being physically still and feeling settled inside. We can explore those moments gently, without treating them as something you need to get right.

Awareness begins with observing. We can notice the horses’ posture, movement, attention, and use of space, while also noticing what is happening within you. We leave room for curiosity without assuming that every movement of a horse has a personal meaning.

We may bring attention to your breath, sensations, emotions, and boundaries as you observe the horses and your own responses. There is room for quiet, curiosity, and connection, without needing to force an interaction or make something happen.

A person spending time with horses in a green pasture

Connection has room to be a choice.

A meaningful part of this work is learning to be in relationship while honouring both your own boundaries and those of another being. You can notice a wish to move closer, a need to step back, or the comfort of sharing space without doing anything at all.

The horses have the freedom to approach, move away, or simply be present. We respect their choices. Their participation is never something we demand, and connection does not depend on physical contact.

Bringing awareness back to yourself

What you notice in the pasture can open a conversation about everyday relationships: how you communicate a boundary, how you respond to uncertainty, or how you stay present without taking responsibility for another being’s response. We explore only what feels relevant and welcome to you.

Your participation is always your choice. You will never be asked or pushed to share, approach, or engage in anything you are not ready or willing to in that moment. Quiet presence is a valid way to take part.

This work brings together time in nature, relationship with the horses, and the same loving presence and strong boundaries that guide my other sessions.

Sessions take place at Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing. Contact me to discuss your questions, current availability, and the practical details of an outdoor session.

At the heart of every session

Your choice.
Your pace. Always.

I believe in the power of simplicity: a loving presence, strong boundaries, and meeting you where you are. We make room to listen and expand awareness without forcing an outcome.

Consent is ongoing.

You will never be asked or pushed to talk about, revisit, or engage in anything you are not ready or willing to in that moment.

You can say no, change your mind, ask for something different, or stop at any time. You don’t need to explain or justify your boundary. Touch, conversation, and participation are always your choice.

Learning & mentorship

If you’re looking to explore consciousness and expand your awareness over time, my EnerQi Healing Mentorship Program offers a more sustained conversation. Together, we can question familiar beliefs, explore intuition and perception, and look at how awareness shapes the way you relate to yourself and others.

For practitioners, there is also space to explore how you bring this understanding into your work: holding a loving presence, maintaining strong boundaries, respecting consent, and trusting yourself while staying curious.

The program is designed around 14 weeks and can extend to 16–18 weeks, depending on the person and the depth of our discussions.
