DESCRIPTION:You are not here to become someone new. You are here to remember who you were before fear convinced you to hide. \nThere comes a point in life when we begin to feel that the version of ourselves we are searching for is not somewhere far away\, but hidden just beneath the fears\, doubts\, stories\, and protections we have carried for so long. \nSo often\, fear is seen as something we need to avoid\, fight\, push down\, or overcome by force. But fear is often much deeper than that. It may come from past experiences\, old wounds\, limiting beliefs\, patterns we learned in childhood\, moments where we felt unsafe\, or stories we began to believe about who we are and what we are capable of. \nOver time\, these fears can quietly shape the way we live. They can affect the choices we make\, the risks we avoid\, the relationships we enter\, the dreams we hold back from\, and the way we see ourselves. Sometimes we do not even realize how much of our life has been built around protecting ourselves from something we have never fully had the chance to understand. \nCrossing the Threshold is a one-day transformational experience created to help you gently explore those fears\, understand where they may have come from\, and begin moving beyond them with greater awareness\, courage\, and self-compassion. \nThis is not a day about forcing yourself to be brave or pretending that fear does not exist. It is an invitation to meet fear differently. To slow down\, listen inward\, and begin to recognize the stories\, beliefs\, and protective patterns that may have been keeping you from fully stepping into your life. \nThrough sharing circles\, trust exercises\, vulnerability work\, guided group hypnosis\, and deep connection\, you will be held in a safe and supportive space where you can uncover what has been standing in the way of the empowered self that already exists within you. \nThroughout the day\, you will be invited to explore questions such as: What am I truly afraid of? Where did this fear begin? Is this fear still protecting me\, or is it now keeping me stuck? Who might I become if I no longer allowed this fear to lead my life? \nAs part of this journey\, you will also be guided through a powerful threshold experience designed to help you meet fear in a new way\, witness the stories the mind creates\, and discover what becomes possible when you are supported\, present\, and willing to take one empowered step forward. \nThis experience is about connection\, courage\, self-discovery\, and transformation. It is about learning how to move with fear instead of being controlled by it. It is about softening the hold fear has had on your mind\, body\, and spirit\, and beginning to trust the deeper part of you that knows you are capable of more. \nCrossing the Threshold is for those who feel ready to take an honest look within\, release what has been holding them back\, and step toward the version of themselves that has been waiting on the other side.
